Y2Y Initiative
Youth to Youth Initiative (Y2Y) is the Coordinating organization of this project. It was founded in 2015 as a youth organisation with an international mandate as well as a platform for young leaders to express themselves, to learn and network with each other. We believe that this directly leads to systematic change, because if we empower and inspire young people through developing their skills, equipping them with knowledge, provide networking opportunities and mentoring on how to start and manage a project on their own, they will be able to successfully solve existing problems in their communities, improving the whole societies.

Since 2015, there were six international summits organised, eleven training courses and four editions of school for early social entrepreneurs targeting youth leaders from 16 to 35 years old. Each year Y2Y summits get together around 100 young leaders, which has given us 600+ alumni who positively impacted over 10,000 young people in their respected countries. Y2Y incubator has mentored and boosted more than 40 youth-led socially-beneficial projects in various fields.

Additionally, Y2Y training models are being replicated within the network of partner organisations such as Anna Lindt Foundation and European Youth Foundation. Overall, within eight years of operation, Y2Y was able to create a several thousands’ network of leaders, experts and social entrepreneurs worldwide. It successfully cooperated with more than 60 various international partners. Y2Y Initiative has managed projects in the fields of inclusion, intercultural and inter religious dialogues, PVE and peacebuilding, female empowerment, anticorruption, community development, wellbeing and personal development, human rights and democracy, education and social entrepreneurship.

Impact circles e.V. is an expanding initiative of active change-makers established in 2017. Impact Circles is a network of interdisciplinary people and organizations with the philosophy of “One for all and all for one” to achieve a social impact. We aim to achieve this impact through mobilizing the multi- and interdisciplinary skills and resources of each team member in supporting other members of the network with their ideas, projects, and businesses. We utilize a holacratic and a holistic work mindset with different six circles (Entrepreneurship, Climate, Migration, Coaching, Consulting, Education, and Tech) inspired by the SDGs to empower, influence, and impact many aspects of life. We are a group of professional and talented people that have complimentary skills that are finding pathways to create social impact. We are 10 members with a majority of migrant or migrant origin professionals. We have as individuals a collective experience of more than 17 years in the fields of NGO, social innovation, civic society, research, climate change, social science, business coaching, innovation management, legal advisory, and the creative sector.

Each one has worked with local, national, European, and global organizations with migrants and disadvantaged communities striving for inclusivity. These individuals have taken on leading, managerial, training, research and administrative positions among these organizations. Our vision is advancing and accelerating the social and socioeconomic development of migrants to achieve together a smooth and enriching inclusion and a sense of belonging within the thriving European society. We do that through supporting entrepreneurship, innovative ideas, and creativity.

Mine Vaganti NGO is a non-profit organisation established in Sardinia in 2009, whose services encompass Education and Training, Project Design and Development, Thematic Research, International Mobility, and Consultancy – in Youth, Adults, Education and Sport sectors.

MVNGO promotes intercultural dialogue, social entrepreneurship, social inclusion through Sport, Formal and Non-Formal Education including disadvantaged target groups such as migrants and people with disabilities.

Training, Project Design, and implementation, Thematic and Desk Research, International Mobility, and Consultancy are the core services of MVNGO at local, regional and European level for public and private bodies. MVNGO promotes and develops European and transcontinental projects – in the above-mentioned sectors.
